Why Boondi

Intelligence for the space, not the person in it.

Most physical-monitoring systems get smarter by watching people more closely. Boondi does the opposite — it gets smarter about the space itself: its rhythms, its risks, its normal state — while remaining structurally unable to identify, profile, or track anyone in it.

Five Space Editions

Boondi classifies every physical environment into five categories, defined by how they behave — not by industry label. The reasoning engine is identical across all five; what changes is which sensors lead, how much automation is permitted, and who has to sign off.

How It's Built

Boondi is a partnership product. Laocta AI Labs designs the AI, the reasoning engine, and the policy logic — the part of Boondi that decides what a pattern means. Integral IoT builds the physical layer underneath it: sensor integration, ingestion, and actuation — the part of Boondi that reaches into the environment and lets it act. Neither half works as a product on its own; together, they're a space that can sense itself and respond to itself, safely.

Not Surveillance

Built so it structurally can't watch people.

This isn't a privacy policy layered on top of a surveillance system. It's a constraint on the architecture itself.

Boondi does not identify, authenticate, recognize, or track individuals. All sensing is scoped to non-identifying, aggregated signals.

No identities, behavioral profiles, or personal attributes are ever constructed — only anonymous, aggregated space-state metrics.
